[The G1 Blue Diamond Stakes winner, Nadeem is out of Golden Slipper contention after breaking down at Randwick this morning.
Nadeem was out doing only light work this morning but after he returned to the stables it was evident there was a problem to his near side fore leg and subsequent checks have revealed a suspected fracture to the cannon bone.
”He did it only doing very light work,” David Hayes stable foreperson Lizzie Jelfs said.
”There are scans pending but the vets believe there is a fracture in the cannon bone in his near side fore leg.”]
