Well for starters she gets what I call “double whammy” in life in the 10,000. She goes UP in class and UP in weight. Trust me, you will go bankrupt in life if you back "double whammy" horses - they never win. She goes from a Group 3 - 3YO set weights race - to a Group 1 WFA race. She also goes from carrying 52.5 to 53.5 at the weights. This week she’s not running down a weak horse like Pasikatera whose form was 5-1-9-1 coming into the race and who drew 18 of 21 in the original draw. She only arrived just in time to nail Century Serb and Pasikatera last weekend. Would you back Century Serb or Pasikatera in a Doomben 10,000 at $6 – or even $66? No and neither would I. May I also point out that I do think La Montagna is a chance in the Stradbroke, I just don’t want to know her in the 10,000.'

I agree totally crash she is a good horse but she would need to find atleast a couple of lengths to win this and you cannot continue to win from a mile back in races at doomben. She isnot even close to being well weighted in this race in fact if anything she is in the race terribly all of the 3yo fillies are I give them all about the same chance very small to none.
