I think it is like the phenomenon, that we always remember a big win or bigger return but forget when we have been short changed. Only by keeping good records can prove this one way or the other. 
And NO I do not have shares in any TAB

Sure, I was expecting some anecdotal examples of when wins were much better than tote, but never a word about the [many] times of getting less payout than your local tote [especially during the week]. Swings and slides.
 
I've had 4 accounts over the years with NT agencies, 2 of them for 5yrs. 
Anyone who has kept records and gone to the trouble to compare totals will have drawn the same conclusions you and I have lomaca about things evening out.
