For all Microsoft users there are many security issues with 'clipbook' [or clipboard] apart from what has been mentioned above. There is no need of this service and it should be disabled as 'notepad' can be used instead. Even if you do not use 'clipbook', the fact that the service is 'enabled' in 'services' is the security problem.
To disable 'clipbook':
start>control panel>administrative tools>services>right click on 'clipbook'>properties>go to 'start up type' and select 'disable'.
