Stuffed the ************ pin number up during re- rego on nsw and spent 40min yesterday for customer service before i gave up. Decided to ring the betting line and WOW im straight thru talking to someone what a suprise! Not. Pity she couldnt help me though.
My point is why in the hell didnt they tell us just to add a 1 to the end of your code so you have your pin number. I tried account number codes, the 3 digit code and some ref number they gave me way back.
Just rang the betting line again to be told customer service is a 1+ hour wait. Could this be the straw that broke the camels back??
