Anyone know what the outcome [health wise] has been for Court's in Session? What a tragedy for this great horse and a sad hollow win for Racing to Win.
The word is Court's in Session ran a gut-buster last start. Obviously it wasn't up to todays race and the trainer/owners should have had top vet advice [maybe they did] which surly would have warned against the horse running.
