OK. But that's just wrong. 3yos have a very good record in the Cox Plate - Savabeel and Octagonal won it and Viscount placed just in the last 10 years. Consider that not many 3yos run in the race and those that do are not always the best of their year.
Miss Finland's problem was not that she "freaked-out". She simply got knowcked down 6-8 times and never got clear golloping room. With a clear run she may have won. As it was, she finished on the heels of the placegetters. |
