The Brake and I were supposed to be heading off in the 4b this morning for 4 days camping up in the High country above Orbost [70ks up the Pacific Hwy. from here].
However, looking up there into the high tops from our backyard this morning, it's a swirling mass of dank darkness around the mountains and blowing a gale!
No rain [yet] here but it will be in the Up country, but according to the weather maps it's should be clearing into fine weather by tomorrow so we might get away this. arvo and take our chances for bearable weather and a late camp.

We won't be back until Sunday so the comp will have to run itself until then I guess. I'll nominate mr Ed to mind the fort as comp administrator as he seems to have his finger on the rules etc. Of course you might not be interested Ed, which is OK and if there is anything to sort out I can do it Sunday afternoon along with the results and final scores for the week.

I have my bets on for today and I'll try to have a late bet with my accumulated comp. dosh on Sund. [Sund. WA races?].
