What you are asking for is extremely complicated to explain.

Firstly, what formguide are you trying to import and secondly what info do you need?

I would suggest relating two excel workbooks.

First workbook containing temporary full form.
Second workbook to contain the form you need via formulae.

This is the longhand approach and uses up a great deal of physical memory.

Unless you know VBA code, then this is the way to go.
If you don't want to reveal what exactly you need out of the formguide, then you can just explain a hypothetical scenario, just so you get the idea of the setup.

Lastly, there are many excel forums on the net, and most have advanced users who should be able to help you out.
