The first thread has a few posts Sportz, I assume somewhere amongst them it specifically says you have to have a stable 'A' to be able to then get a stable 'B', & then have a stable 'B' to then be able to get a stable 'C'. i.e. it might be within the rules to obtain both a stable 'B' & 'C' even if there was a stated closeoff deadline [which has expired] for gaining a stabe 'A'.
