Yes, according to the rules Benalla R1 no.6 is a selection. However I omitted it only because none of the other horses have had a race start. They have been allocated no points in the CF, TIM and $ categories whilst no.6 has.

Dombeen R3 no.1 is a selection because of the scratchings of nos. 4, 5, 12 and 15. Without these scratchings no.1 would not have been a selection.
