The email goes out at the same time every week through an automated program that sends to all the names in the registration database. Over the last year some people have had troubles not receiving the actual email and in 100% of occassions it has been an issue at their receiving end.

In any case, this is not a topic that should take up space on a public forum so just email me. Depending on your problem I can suggest a number of solutions so you don't have a repeat.
