All "guests" to the Forum are accepted on the condition that Forum Terms of Use are followed.
If Terms of Use are not followed the "guest" is sent a reminder about the Forum Terms of Use or a restriction is placed upon the "guest" depending upon the breach of Forum Terms of Use.
We do not publically announce which "guests" are no longer welcome.
