It's the combined odds of the two selections that's important isn't it? If they're winning 40% of races don't you just have to make sure that the combined price you get is less than 40%? ie. 25% + 10% or 20% + 13.3% etc. Sounds simple doesn't it
As Crash says though you'll probably have to pass on a few.
I'd be approaching this as a single bet on two runners, not two seperate bets if you get my drift.
