I was just wondering if any of you are interested in sharing your thoughts on some runners who could take out some of the top notch races over the carnival in brisbane. Bit late to give mine he may have already won the race at great odds before the carnival has started.

The horse I am talking about is Blackwoods Choice I had a small wager on him yesterday $5 e/w but something is better than not backing him and seeing it win, He was no hope on the home turn I am astouded at the ammount of ground he made up in the straight.

I amnot saying he won't win again infact i think he has a fair ammount of ability be interesting to see how far they try to push the horse this prep he would be a chance upto a mile I would imagine 1400m might be pushing him aswell hard to say at this point.

Another I think will be a major show in all the major sprints is Hard to Catch although it is doubtful he will ever be sensational odds the way he won fresh suggests he might be going even better than he has in the past, making the BTC Cup, 10,000 & Stradbroke all possibilites for this horse.

I'll be honest I have no idea Derby/Oaks wise right now have no idea what is coming from south. I am interested to see what races Dwyer tries to set Rash Promise for though I thought hers was a great run yesterday and can only derive benefit from the run I wouldn't think the Stradbroke is completely insane for her especially with the hot pace it usually generates.
