About a month ago, I actually backed Ready When You Are at big odds to run a place in the Queensland Derby in a couple of weeks time. I'm sure it's come in a fair bit in the betting after today's run. Now I just have to hope it can do the right thing.

yeah i think he can bring it again. hood off today was a plus. veered in a couple times down the stretch and just hung on.
i dont know how good that jock was but i would like someone else. i think if timed better he could of been running with the top two to the finish.
but ill take it. looks like you guys nailed a better payout than i did.
if the #7 wasnt there that trifecta was mine.
