I think the big query is if Star of Florida can get the 1100m.. I have my doubts.. BUT the trainer pulled him from a nice little 961m race at Newcastle during the week that he would have had a great chance in. I think he will look the winner until the last 100m or so and will probably stop. But no doubt he is a speed machine.. It's a good field, so if ya like him get on.. he should be a nice price.. Thorn Park for me is still a query with his foot problem so i might be leaving him alone.. I would love to be able to say that the local horse from here is a chance ( Carael Boy)but again he is a watch prospect. If there is to be an upset it may come from Gullcatcher.. I have liked it's perfomances. The you have the class sprinters Fouardee, Century Kid and Mistegic is returning. Tough Tough Race. Good luck with Star of Florida... :smile:
