Well, you have $996 to bet from, BUT you can still only bet a maximum of $250. If you bet the maximum amount of $250 on each of the next 3 weeks and don't win a cent, you will end up the month on $216.


I think the basic rules are pretty clear, but I'll state them again for everyone.

You get a starting bank of $500 and try to build on that.
You must bet at least $500 during the month but you can bet more.
If your bank drops down to $0 before the month is up, you're out and have to wait for the next month.
You can only bet a maximum of $250 on any betting day.
You can spend a maximum of $100 on Win/Place bets.
You can spend a maximum of $50 on other bets.
