Anybody remember Razor Sharp winning his 2nd Newmarket. The good news is I had $20 e/w on it at 25/1. At the time I was on $80 a week as an apprentice chef so it was a good win. At the time I also used to back Cummings runners that were first up. He had Foregone Conclusion in the race also at 25/1. I backed it e/w as well, it ran 3rd. The sob story is that I took them to run 1-2 from the field in a Trifecta. FC was on his own in the middle of the track & got the wanders over the last 50m. Jockey M Pay said after the race he should have run a clear 2nd, as it was he got nutted on the line by Cosmic Planet or Ideal planet or some ************ that i wish was on another planet. It was also around 25/1, and the tri from memory paid about $13000.
