Hi Tabhunter,

I have been a Price Predictor Pro user for about 6 months or so, and find it invaluable. There are a number of pricing options, and the system selector module is at the high end of those.... However I don't consider the program to be over priced.

You cannot filter on sex, but you can filter on age. I don't know if Cyberhorse is the best form supplier around, but their form is excellent, and very cost effective.

One thing that I really like about PPP is that when running a system test, it creates a CSV file with all the selections, the info about the selections, and the results. If you have any programming experience, or experience with Excel, you can easily load up the CSV file and run further filters that aren't available within the program. I have used this option extensively to very good use - in fact I've written my own analysis package which imports this file and runs various analyses on it.

I can't tell you if PPP is the best system on the market, as I haven't used any others. I did trial a few others before purchasing PPP tho, and ended up selecting PPP. I am very happy with the program, and I find the author to be very approachable and helpful.

They have a trial version available which allows you to import and view the form. I believe that it also calculates past ratings (although I'm not 100% sure on that). The trial version doesn't allow system testing tho, and won't calculate future ratings / prices / margins etc.

Cheers,
Chris.
