In my email to "The Desperates" i.e. those mates of mine who are addicted to the punt, I suggested that "the quaddie should pay well today".

Paid almost $1.2 million ( or $1.2 miyyon if you're name is Eddie McGuire ) so either only 2 live units, but more likely heaps of flexi bet takers.

Hope you were among them !

Not a bad result for ratings on the day with Zavite ( rated $8.40, paid $13.60 ) & Montechoro ( rated $8.30, paid $21.20 ) saluting at good odds plus the hot pops Extend & Miss Andretti both winning & paying over the rated odds meant a return of 38.3 units on an outlay of 17 units ( 1 unit on each " *** winning chance" ) or a profit on turnover of 125%.

Anybody find a share of the quaddy ?
