Don't know. I would have thought the correct thing to do would have been to pay out on 2-0 and refund bets taken on other results which could have eventuated if the last 2 were played. But who knows what they will do. They may just refund all bets.
Personally, I think if India takes their bat and ball and goes home, the last two tests should be counted as forfeits and Australia wins 4-0.
In any case, I think the last 2 tests will be played. Either the appeal will be delayed until after the tests allowing Harbhajan to play OR they will hold the appeal and cave in to India just as they always do and let him off.
