I read somewhere that the odds are very short that Betfair will win. Unfortunately I can't remember if it was from a hopeful punter or from a legal mind.

Going back to my previous post - isn't litigation still a possiblity because some bright and brilliant spark (no pun intended) has been awarded $30,000 for putting his finger in a power point???
