The only one you can replace at the moment is He's Canny.

You can only replace a horse if:

(a) they win a race
(b) they have 3 unsuccessful runs for you
(c) they go for a month without having a run

So, you can either replace He's Canny OR keep him in your stable and he'll have another 3 runs for you.
