There are several available if one does a google search they can be purchase mainly from the UK

oddsonracing.com

ArbCruncher.com

fholmes.com/PocketDutcher.htm

These guys specialise in calculators & it is at a resonable price.
They usually sell the calculating software only, that goes into say a pocket PC or something similar, one can then take the program to your computer place to have it installed.

When these machines first came out 25 years ago I paid $760 at the time.
They are a lot less now.
Because its is a program as such, it requires a computer to run it and that's why they pricey

A mob that has the best prices around in Australia for hand held computers is Doorone.com.au

Find out from the programmers which machines that would be suitable, then buy the recommended machine on line for the best prices from an Australian business. That way one is more covered for warranty, any problems & less chance of being conned.

If you dont wish to go this expence, one way of Dutching using a standard calculator, is divide the horse's price into a base figure say $10 for say
2 horses.
Example.
A horse is say $3.00 divide into $10 = 3.33 O/L
Other horse is say $5.00 divided into $10 = 2.00 O/L
Total O/L $5.33 of combined horses.
Return $10.00 no matter which one gets up.
Profit +$4.67

This is the method used by the late great Don Scott using his own assesed price & betting the horses that paid more than his rated price, he made millions & did the lot chasing Trifectas, so let that be a lesson for us all.
Cheers.
