Sometimes one will see the TAB Nos. at the bottom with the letter "E" for emergency.

One will see that these very rarely win.
If they ever get to start, they run under the std. Hcp wt. conditions allocated by the Handicapper.

Generally, the highest wts. start at the top down in TAB No. order.
