R4 Illumninates looks ready to win after some value places, Good betting race with alot of value, liking 1,6,7,10,12.
Dissapointed in Illuminates run, but was more than made up for By the Jaq Rouge's $5.

R5 Seems people think Aichi will win this at a canter, But look out for Al's best mate, lots of talent. 2,5,4,1,9,
Hips don't lie had all the class to win this aaa a did, personally though it was too out of form but there you go, Picked 2nd, 3rd and 4th which hurt a bit, Al's best mate & Forays are ones to watched

R6 Marveen may just win this now i've jumped off it, Romneya is classy though a bit too short, Montana Flyer looks value,

My usual form with the Melb Cup, good 3rd place div though paid for all my bets ont he race.

R8 The Fuzz comes back from mini spells well hasn't done a lot this prep though, if over 10's jump on if not maybe sav your money, Electromotive has been flying and am hoping for it too continue to show it's promise.
The Fuzz came in under double figgures and i didn't bother, almost regreated it, Not eh best from Electromotive.

R9 Rightfully Yours being scratched has blown this one open, In The Shadows looks value at 7's now, plenty of chances though, 3,8,9,7,18
Ended up only backing Tour guide which came 3rd.

R10 Hoping Daintree Duke will just run away with it in the last a very promising horse, The 2$ it's popped up at is very skinny though.
Don't mind chairmanoftheboard at decent E/W odds.
Horrid decsion by he jockey DD doesn't need cover over that distance,



All in all for a Melb cup day when alot end up down, i was pretty happy with the day.
