I disagree, if I can. You take 7 steps to achive the rating. It these are the same 7 steps and you apply the same bonuses/penalties/ratings for the same ocurances to ALL horses manually then it can be programed. If you rely on intuition, feelings and intangible values then you arent doing ratings you are creating a market that suits your beleif at the time.
