How to program things like fast beginner, you would have to give each horse a score (rating out of say 10) another rating for good bad barriers, add your ratings (score) up add or subtract from the horses base rating, there are many different ways you could use the ratings
Strike rates don't mean much on their own. If you have 20% SR and ave. div. is $7 thats good, but if your SR is 30% and ave. div. is $3 not good
