Great day for bolter's. It's always a bit screwy this time of year I reckon. Who could believe LANGFIBIAN 32.00w [last start, 2nd last in the slow] could win the "Bat Out of aaaa' 900m on the Gold Coast on a heavy track, or ROLLING STOCK 41.40w r6 at Caulfield who's last win was a $9,000 race? Stuffed everyone who tried for the Quaddie at both these venues.

I had a few each way on Langfibian  Thought Keen Commander was too short so I had bit each way on Bitabiff and Langfibian. Unfortunately didnt get the quinella though. Poor day otherwise excdept for Gold Trail. Nothing really made ground at Eagle Farm. |
