Ginepri was cruising to take the first set then switched off? Not consistent as you say, but at 1.27 you'd want all the favours.
In the Hopman Cup the Safins did the job.
A real interesting Australian Open coming up in a couple of weeks. In Abu Dhabi Andy Murray has started 2009 as he left 2008, beating Federer and Nadal.
