13.25 Ipswich Race 1 No.6 Hussonite: 2yo filly by Hussonet out of a Zeditave mare that was a 100k purchase at the 2008 Australian Easter Yearling Sales having first career start here today. Hard race here with majority of field first starters and no barrier trial form to go on but well bred and drawn well in 4 should see solid effort here first up. Dangers No.3 Whisky River, No.8 Startling Pleasure, No.1 Borayme. Rating (1)
14.00 Ipswich Race 2 No.1 Chevaux Vapeur: 4yo gelding by Riviera out of a Jetball mare having 4th career start here today. Go on solid effort at first career start when running 3rd GCST 1200m 10k mdn btn just over a ln when settled just behind the spd before easing 3 wide into straight and hit line strongly doing best work late. Also go on solid effort last start when running 2nd EFM 1500m 13k race when again settled just behind the spd and was held up entering straight before cutting back to inside and ran on strongly to just miss. Steps up to 1700m here today which should suit as has been finishing races of well and slight concern in drawn wide here today but not a lot of pace here should see it cross field and take up good position on pace. 14.35 Ipswich Race 3 No.2 Anachelle: Very opn betting race here and should turn out to be good form race. No.2 Anachelle a 4yo mare by Anabaa out of a Turtle Island (Fairy King) mare 2nd up from a spell and having only 5th career start here form L Birchley. Returned this prep with good win CDRA 1000m 10k race by a hd over The Crusader when was slowly away before working forward to take up position just behind the spd and chimed in at 200m mark before fight hard to win in driving finish. Also go on good efforts at last 2 start when 3rd CDRA 1200m 10k race btn 1 1/2lns by On the Fridge and when 5th btn 5lns in good from race for this DOOM 1110m 13k race behind Acquired. Drawn well in gate 2 here to get good run up on spd and with 2kg claiming app on board again here today gets into today’s race only 1 kg above the minimum. 15.10 Ipswich Race 4 No.8 Little Pumpkin: 3yo filly by More Than Ready out of a Zabeel mare 2nd up from a spell and having 3rd career start here today. Go on solid effort last start when running 3rd GCST 1200m 10k mdn btn 5 1/2lns by Gag Order in good form race. Finished just behind Jersey Joe that day with Jersy Joe winning impressively at its next start and with next start winners Secret Talent and Duntroon Dragon finishing well behind it. 2nd up here today should see it strip fitter for first up effort and only 3rd career start here still open to more natural improvement. Previously raced in VIC for the David Hayes stable and go on solid effort at last career start when running 2nd to Rock Home Late SALE 1206m 13k mdn btn a nse when lead all the way before just being out gunned in final stages. resumes here today after winning GCST 1000m barrier trial by 1/2ln with 6lns back to third should see it forward enough here to fire first up. 16.30 Ipswich Race 6 No.3 Innovator: 4yo gelding by Dehere out of a imported Prospectors Gamble mare having 18th career start for the Robert Heathcoote stable. Racing very well at present and go on solid efforts at last 3 starts. 3 back ran out good winner this TRK,CLS,DIS IPSW 2150m 12k race by a ln over Thunder Beach with Body Double finishing 3lns behind. Followed that up next start by running 2nd to I'm So Stunning btn 1/2ln EFM 1800m 13k race before running 2nd to Use To Be A Dancer EFM 1835m 13k race again btn 1/2ln. Steps back up to 2150m here today which should suit as has been hitting line strongly at last 3 starts. Slight concern in drawn wide here today but does like to drop out and run on so should be able to fins postion 1 of rail midfield. Dangers No.5 Body Double, No.9 Crocodile Lass, No.7 Song Tee. Go on solid effort when first up this prep when winning GCST 1200m 10k mdn by 1/2ln over Sir Rossa with good gaps back through the field. Followed that up last start by running 4th 1/2ln IPSW 1200m 10k race behind Patch's Express. 4th up here today should see it fit now.

Racing well this time in and go on solid effort when resumed this prep winning CDRA 1000m 10k race by nearly 2lns over Citiwyse leading all the way then followed that up next start with solid 2nd btn a ln CDRA 1200m 10k race when crossed from wide gate to set tempo before just being collared in shadows of the post. 3rd up here today should see it nice and fit now and with good draw of gate 5 here today should see good run up on pace with out to much work.
