The two incidents are chalk and cheese.
Beadman clearly cut across the face of the other horse and took it's running.
The second incident, if you look at the head on and overhead view, Danny was as much to blame as Damien.
Danny was trying a tactic and was laying his horse all over Damien's trying to pocket him.
Danny freely admitted that he tried to do this in the media and it didn't work.
At no time did Damien cut off Danny's horse, he merely bullocked his way out, when the other horse was laying in at the same time.
If anything they are both to blame, but seeing it was a mutual effort, the decision was correct in my opinion.
