At the moment I've got a small amount on STAKHANOVITE to do big things in Spring. For those of you who are interested a STAKHANOVITE is someone who achieves out of the ordinary positive results (i.e. an over achiever). Stakhanov was a worker in Communist Russia who was put up as an example by Russian officials because of his outstanding results. Everyone was urged to work as hard as him (except, of course, the politicians). Stakhanov was the bench mark in excellence. Be wary of people who use words like 'excellence' often . For those of you who are of a literary bent, Boxer, the horse in ANIMAL FARM, was a bit like Stakhanov. His solution to problems was to say,'I will work harder.' And that's what he did. I'm not sure if Stakhanov ended up like poor Boxer though.
