system viability is the number of horses based on the average dividend whivh make up the profit.
As you can see, it would take an extraordinary turn of events for the system to go negative.
All past purchasers and current clients will receive a copy of rules in an update sent out the first week of October.
I really feel it's fair to let everyone who's ever purchased the database through this site to also receive a copy.
They should not be disadvantaged.
