Just shows you how quickly things can change. When I started this comp just a few weeks ago, I rated Speed Gifted clearly ahead of the rest because it was favourite for the Caulfield Cup and 2nd favourite for the Melbourne Cup. But look what happened. They decided not to run at Caulfield, went to the less suitable Cox Plate instead, then it ran a shocker and now it's not going to be in the Melbourne Cup at all.
