Here's a selection and staking strategy in one that involves splitting a bet over three horses per race.

We are only interested in runners #2 to #7. We are looking for races where #1 is unlikely to win. Working from data on the TABQ website.

Selecting Races

1. Eliminate races where the Radio Tab Tipsters have #1 among their top three picks.
2. Eliminate races where less than two of the Radio Tab picks are in the 2-7 band. (eg. 2,9,12 = no race)

Selecting Runners

Pair the runners 2-3, 4-5, 6-7.
Take the lowest priced runner in each pair.
Don't replace scratchings.

Staking

Order your three selections in order of price and bet 5 units on the lowest priced of them, 3 units on the second lowest and 2 units on the longest priced of the three. = $10 per race.

Yesterday this gave 20 races, 20 x $10 = $200 for a return of $289. It makes a decent profit consistently in my trials. Runs of outs are few. The danger to the system are runs of short-priced faves (less than $2) getting up.

Happy punting
