Party, yes, Durrant is a top trainer and a big-race trainer who has made his mark, especially during the carnival.(Jim Taylor been a little quiet).
But that Scenic Shot was not the Melbourne/Brisbane version. It's a classier horse than the winner. Easy to say now but it surely is a tired horse and needs a big open paddock tomorrow. Brown had to ride it hard out of the barrier to keep its place, then got shuffled back. No zip in its finish.

One to follow is another Durrant runner Golden Heart, from the last race. Was first up and had to work hard 3/4 wide, and expect it to hit back very soon.
