What's all this mean, Pharfromoz? I'm interested in lateral stuff as I don't think an ordered, logical mind can tip it in favour at this game. Not sure about what you think but I'm a bit of a believer in the advantages of inside barriers, particularly in weak fields on tight tracks. Could it possibly so easy as to back inner 6 or so barriers and still come out in front some places. I just looked at a Matamata meeting with 11 races and every winner came from barriers 1-7. Several paid $20+. I know it's an addle headed way to bet but am still interested to see how it stacks up. I believe Matamata is a smallker NZ track. I suppose I'll probably weaken and do the wild goose chase/ research on what's available for this and other similar tracks. It isn't really serious punting though, is it? Gotta go; two flies crawling up a wall.
