Looks like a good one baco60!
You'll definitely narrow down the good chances in a race and be on mostly quality horseflesh.
What about adding:
Must have average prizemoney earnings of $3000 plus?
I suggest also, a mechanism to isolate the value runners, either by framing your own market or using a calculation to work out the minimum price you're prepared to take.
For instance your selection has:
12 career starts for 3 wins
2 starts at the distance for 1 win
3 starts at the track for 1 win
2 starts 2nd up for 1 win.
Add 12 + 2 + 3 + 2 = 19 then 3 + 1 + 1 + 1 = 6
19 / 6 = 3
Price = $3.16
Minimum price $3.16 x 1.10 = $3.47
Hope that all makes sense. I had a rather large evening last night......
