No bet if scratched.
Its last form line must be showing X , 0 or first career start.
Bet 1% if 1.00-10.00
Bet .6% if 10.10-20.00
Bet .4% if 20.10-30.00
If one wishes to be really conservative.
Target the first qualifier for each venue.
e.g. 5 venues = 5 Lay Bets.
