Each horse has a rating, then I convert that to a corresponding $ value. Theoretically, the lower the price next to the horse's name, the more chance it has of winning. The ones in bold are simply the ones which are rated at $10 or less. They are the ones considered to be the top winning chances, but they're not the only winning chances. All the horses above the line are generally rated a chance of winning. Well, that's the way it's all supposed to work out anyway.
