To all you long term contributors to this forum - going back to Feb 2004

I have been trying to find the original post by Ahjay..done the search of the archives without success.

Read many compliments about the Ahjay System from Hermes,Sportznut and Darkydog2002 to mention a few.

Merriguy gave a page to look up...as follows which I did without success -

Can anyone help please and if they have run Ahjays system through their data base let us know the results if they dont mind.
