Twobets, the Hong Kong Jockey Club puts out tote odds, and also pre-bet odds I think, which would be the equivalent of pre post.

If that doesn't suit, then you can subscribe to the South China Post for about $40 a month! -pretty steep, but they do give a good coverage.
