No worries mate.

I reckon an occasional distraction could help you Barny. Maybe you could keep a notepad with you, and whenever you get a spare moment, jot down something different you want to do or experience, and then try to do at least one of those things on your list every day. I think it helped to keep me distracted from feeling gloomy at times. It could be something as small as maybe trying out a new local cafe, or it could be something as exciting as going for hot-air balloon or helicopter ride, or maybe having a family picnic, or watching the sunrise or sunset with your significant other, or maybe revisiting some of the places from your childhood and sharing your memories with your family, or .....
