I was going to scan a page from a booklet 1904, that's right 1904. that an american (andy beyer) later claimed was his work on speed ratings.
Nin S Hand is the name of the mathematician who was way ahead of his time.
The booklet cost US $5 at the time it was printed. Now to me it's priceless |
