No.
Don't bet $5 on Odds On shots to Win.
Instead of putting say $50 a Win on it to win say $40 try to boost the dividend by taking Exotics.
Try and sort the Field out for the placings.
Even an Exact or a Quinella with a $1.80 shot often pays about $6 or so.
So if you got it for a $5 Unit, that would return $25 Profit.
And if it loses , oh well , you lost 5 bucks , big deal.
The only part that might ******** you off is if the Odds On wins and your other selection fails , you gonna say , "I shoulda put fifty on it!!!"  |
