Okay, not really sure what to expect from this idea.
The fact that the Radio TAB tips are so readily available and used could mean some added value, or could lead to a lay idea if they are an accurate refelction of a horses chance, or most likely the same old 15% LOT figure that any mug can get from the TAB.

Rules:

Horse must be in single digits prices ie under $10
Horse MUST NOT be a Radio TAB selection
