I think I may now understand where I am going wrong in my Markets.
I simply don't give enough benefit to potential leaders , and not enough penalties to slow beginners likely to find problems.
Although in this Race , I didn't do too badly - But lost regardless


Do you remember another poster on another forum that looked for dogs that were producing those big finishes after suffering interference, he was always looking failure in the face, and when they did win they win underlays.
Most longshots when they win, have the same characteristics, they are dogs capable of being 1,2,3 at the first turn.
Some tracks around the country, the leader at the first turn goes on to win 57% of the time , 22% for 2nd and mid teens for 3rd. Doesn't take much to know where to concentrate your efforts.
