Yes they are.
I noticed, that when DS rating selects one on the top and it's a resumer, but not in top half of the neurals or morning line, it very often wins or places at good odds.
I'm not betting them just monitoring them when I check the results.

Well, I didn't expect anything else really, just because first up horses do win doesn't mean they ALL win all the time.
I bet some when the prices are right, but I have very few bets and bet in the $10+ range mostly. |
